Tuition

Greek-taught bachelor's programmes at public universities are tuition-free for EU/EEA students. Postgraduate (master's) programmes generally charge tuition regardless of nationality, typically EUR 3,000–7,000 per year in total; fees may also apply to some English-taught bachelor's programmes. Non-EU/EEA students admitted to international, mainly English-taught bachelor's programmes typically pay around EUR 5,000–15,000 per year. Visa

Language

Greek. Greek is the main language of instruction, but Greece's public universities also offer more than 200 English-taught degree programmes (bachelor's, master's, and joint or dual degrees) across many disciplines, alongside the standard Greek-taught curriculum. ^{[1] [9]}

Health insurance

International students in Greece must have health insurance for the entire duration of their stay. Students without employment generally need private health insurance; students who take up part-time or full-time work alongside their studies can become entitled to Greece's public health insurance at a reduced contribution once registered for tax and social insurance purposes.
